Intro to Green Fleet Race Clinic

INTRO TO GREEN FLEET RACE TEAM (ages 8-13) - Pre-requisite Optimist Beginner or some other sailing experience.  Do you want to join our School Year Race Team? Learn all the basics of racing here.

Our goal is to help boost sailor's skills to support them in becoming more familiar with basic concepts of Optimist sailing, along with offering an introduction to more advanced concepts related to sailboat racing.

Cost: $450/sailor

Sailors MUST be able to swim 50 yards.  A swim test will be giving the first day.  

Sailors need to arrive each day prepared to sail! We require each sailor to bring:

·       Refillable Water Bottle

·       Snack (No refrigeration is available on site)

·       U.S. Coast Guard Approved Type III Life Jacket (Personal Flotation Device) with whistle attached

·       Closed-Toe Shoes to be worn at all times!! (No Crocs or Flip-Flops allowed on land or on water)

·       Sunscreen
