High School Sailing Club
VYBA is offering a high school sailing club throughout the summer and school year to keep these kids on the water. The High School sailing club will run every Monday or Tuesday (depending on time of year) from 4:30-7:30pm in the fall and sailing in 420's, sunfish, Laser's and Opti's. Come rig a boat and have fun sailing the bays and waterways, exploring new places via sailboat.
Sailing Experience is required but the founders of the program are willing to teach the basics to have fun and be safe on the water!
Summer Session: Tuesdays June 18th and Aug 6th
Fall Session: Mondays Sept 9 to Nov 18
Grades: 8-12 through college
Times: 4:30pm - 7:30pm (Sunset)
$20 per session

Scholarships are available
Sailors need to arrive each day prepared to rig and set sail! We require each sailor to bring:
· Refillable Water Bottle
· U.S. Coast Guard Approved Type III Life Jacket (Personal Flotation Device) with whistle attached
· Closed-Toe Shoes to be worn at all times!! (No Crocs or Flip-Flops allowed on land or on water)
